Can I pick up my order?
No, we are an online only shop and all orders are sent out via courier. We do not have a physical shop.
How long will delivery take?
All shipments from Screws and Fasteners are sent with Bluestar Global Logistics. Orders ship from Brisbane and will ship the same day if ordered before 12pm. Estimated shipment times are next business day to Brisbane, 3 business days to Sydney, 4 business days to Melbourne, 6 business days to Adelaide and 8 business days to Perth and Hobart. Regional areas are usually a day or 2 on top of capital cities.
How much will delivery cost?
You can get a quote for delivery on the cart page. First add the products you want to your shopping cart, then on the cart page you can enter your postcode to get a quote to ship these products to your address.

Did you receive my order? I didn’t receive a confirmation email.
If when placing your order you saw a message saying “Your order has been placed” or your order status is Processing then we have received your order. It is either being processed or has been shipped and is on the way to you.
Sometimes our confirmation emails end up in your junk email folder.
Can I place my order over the phone?
No, but it is very quick and easy to order using our website. You can navigate to the category of screw you want from the menu. When you find the product you want you add it to your shopping cart. Then you can adjust the quantity and get a shipping quote on the shopping cart page. From there, you checkout and enter your delivery details and your credit card details and the order will be shipped to you ASAP.
